In shop/send-in repair:

  • 5-10 business day turn around on most drive repairs.

  • 48 hour rush turn around available for a $100 fee.

  • Flat-rate and time/material pricing on most repairs.

  • Flat-rate price includes a one year warranty on entire product.

  • Free local courier service.

  • Free initial evaluation.

Field/on-site service:

  • Experienced field service technicians are available for immediate response.

  • Regular travel time and labor are both billed at $99 per hour.

  • Premium travel time and labor are both billed at $129 per hour.

  • Regular travel time and labor is weekdays between 6AM and 6PM.

  • Premium travel time and labor is weekdays between 6PM and 6AM, weekends and holidays.

Field/on-site service areas:

  • Minnesota

  • Western Wisconsin

  • Northern Iowa

  • Eastern Dakotas

  • Service calls may be made outside of our service area upon request.
